By accessing or using CreacionFlor Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and Billing

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Self-paced courses: 14-day refunds if less than 30% consumed. Live workshops: event-specific terms at checkout. To request a refund, contact us with your order number.
